Letter to the Editor: Surprise

Dear Editor:
My daughter, Brenda Curtis, wanted to surprise me on my birthday, Dec. 25, so she contacted someone in my former hometown of Rangely and asked all old friends to contact her via email with birthday greetings for me and many sent emails or cards. I was excited to receive each greetings and want to thank each of you and express my love for you and wish all a wonderful 2012. Occasionally, Brenda would get teary-eyed as she read the letters to me prior to forwarding them to my iPad.
