Volunteers were honored by the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Parks District last Sunday at an appreciation dinner. Hallie Blunt was named the Volunteer of the Year and Ma Famiglia owners Kris and Henry Arcolesse were presented with the Business Commitment to Excellence Award.
