Giant Steps

RANGELY — We had a fun time dressing up on Storybook Day. Miss Diane was a great sport to dress up as “The Little Old Lady Who Swallowed A Bat.” She acted out the story as I read it at the senior citizens’ center. We are thinking of arranging to eat with them at least once per month for lunch — what do you think?

Thank you to Loyanne and Jerry Hayes for allowing us to fish-sit their pond fish over the winter. The children love the additional fish. Thanks to Charlie Hickman for setting up the new tank for the addition.
The staff of Giant Step, received our flu shots on Monday. Did you get yours? CDE recommends the flu vaccine for all children 6 months and older; contact the public health nurse for more information at 878-9525
Giant Step will be closed Nov. 27-28 for Thanksgiving. Please let us know if your child will or will not attend on Nov. 24, 25 or 26 so we may staff accordingly. There is no school the week of Nov. 24-28.
