Monument holds night sky viewing

DINOSAUR | Dinosaur National Monument is excited about the kick-off of its summer’s night sky program.
From now through August and into September, the sky-gazing and informational program will be held every Wednesday and Saturday, beginning at 9:45 p.m. at the south end of Split Mountain Campground in the national monument. Park officials say more days may be added when an additional astronomy volunteer arrives in a couple weeks.
