Pierson wins tickets to Bronco defeat of Jags

The remaining four prizes for the FFA fundraiser will be drawn during half time at the Donkey Basketball game that will be held at the Meeker High School gymnasium this evening. The FFA judging team will continue to sell tickets up until the game. Prizes still available are: a processed hog, cut and wrapped for two; a patio/deck fire pit; a Nancy Glazier framed elk print; and a half-day guided fly fishing lesson with Ryan Trout.

MEEKER I Olynna Pierson of Meeker won the Meeker FFA Livestock Judging Team’s Broncos home game ticket drawing on Oct. 9.
The two tickets were donated by Sam Baylie’s family and they allowed Pierson and her guest to watch the Broncos beat the Jacksonville Jaguars in Denver at Invesco Mile High Stadium.

The remaining four prizes in the fund-raiser event will be drawn during half time at the Donkey Basketball game to be held at the Meeker High School Gym tonight. The FFA judging team will continue to solicit donations for the drawing tickets until that time.
Prizes still available are a processed hog cut and wrapped for two, a patio/deck fire pit, a Nancy Glazier framed elk print and a half-day guided fly fishing lesson with Ryan Trout.
The FFA Judging Team members and their parents want to thank those who have donated so far to help the team cover expenses incurred to compete at the National FFA Convention/ Career Development Event in Livestock Evaluation.
