RANGELY | From Jan. 23-27, the students at Rangely Junior/Senior High School celebrated Winterfest. The week consisted of fun spirit days, a dance and home basketball games. On Monday, the theme was Pajama Day. Most students and the vast majority of teachers dressed in their best silly, original and comfortable outfits, and some even included slippers.…
