The Town of Dinosaur and the Town of Rangely are coordinating on an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) to cover dispatch services and non-emergent calls and assist officers in need. The agreement has been in the works for a while, according to Rangely Police Chief Ti Hamblin, who updated the town’s board of trustees on Nov. 28.
