This photo was taken at the 2014 Colorado State Fair ceremony in Pueblo for the 4-H members who made the Junior and Senior All-State livestock judging teams. Rio Blanco County 4-H had four livestock judges make the all-state teams this season. From left to right are: Kenzie Turner of Meeker, a first-year member of the Junior All-State Team; Samantha Lapp of Rangely, a two-year qualifier for the Junior All-State Team; Coach Clint Shults of Meeker; Macy Collins of Meeker, a first-year member of the Junior All-State Team; and Madi Shults of Meeker, a fifth-year member of the Colorado All State 4-H Livestock Judging Team. Of the 10 junior members making the all-state team, eight were from the Western Slope.
