On Sept. 16, Rangley Elks Lodge No. 1907 welcomed new District Deputy Governor Kirt Biesemeyer from Summit County. Biesemeyer was making the rounds to lodges within his district, and he just wanted to introduce himself to everyone and get to know a little bit about each lodge he will oversee.
