The JV Cowboys have been almost as successful as the varsity, with only one loss on the season, that being to Rifle. The young Cowboys have defeated Moffat County, Grand Valley and, most recently, Grand Junction. “Our younger players are doing well and getting lots of experience on Mondays,” head coach Shane Phelan said. The JV Cowboys will travel to play Coal Ridge on Monday.
