Hometown heroes
Dear Editor,
Thursday last I walked to the newspaper building to get a newspaper. On my way back to my apartment I fell over a piece of uneven sidewalk. It’s by the stop sign on the corner of Main and 3rd. Thank God for the wonderful people in Meeker! Three young adults stopped and helped me up! They offered to take me to the hospital. I said no thanks! Jen Phelan, her husband Shane and her brother Andy Coryell were my heroes! Thanks again!
