In October, Meeker’s Macy Collins, 14, traveled to the Ak-Sar-Ben livestock show in Omaha, Neb., where she showed three lambs and gave a speech on “Grass Fed vs. Grain Fed Beef.”
She received blue ribbons on two of her lambs and won her age division in speech. She also went to the Nile Livestock Show in Billings, Mont., where she showed two heifers, one lamb and two goats and participated in the livestock judging contest.…
