
RBC | Rio Blanco County 4-H Livestock Judging was well represented Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Rumble in the Rockies Livestock Judging Contest hosted by La Plata/Montezuma County. Judges from both ends of the county traveled to Durango, Colo., to compete. The participants evaluated 10 classes of animals, answered two sets of questions and provided oral reasons to defend their placements. About 30 seniors and 35 juniors competed.
Teams consisted of 3-4 members. In the senior division, Eli Rundberg of Meeker competed individually and teamed with a group from the San Luis Valley and Sergeant FFA.
