FNBR sponsors flag contest for youth

MEEKER — First National Bank of the Rockies (FNBR) is a sponsor of the annual Meeker Classic Sheepdog Championship Trials scheduled for Sept. 3-7, and it also sponsors a flag contest.
The trials offer five days of sheepdog herding competition for a purse totaling $20,000.
“First National Bank of the Rockies has supported this event almost every year since its inception,” said Kim Brown, Meeker bank manager. “In addition to the financial support we provide through our sponsorship, FNBR also pays many of our employees for their time assisting at the trial grounds.”
