The Meeker High School baseball team ended its season in the 2015 District tournament after a 6-2 loss to the Ignacio Bobcats. “We played well, we just never could get the bats going,” head coach Jason Browning said. “I’m proud of the season we had (6-13). We keep taking steps in the right direction. We competed well both in our league and outside of it.” Team members in the front row are: Ty Gibson, Doak Mantle, Cooper Meszaros, Noah Eichman, Trapper Merrifield, Uri Goedert, Hunter Garcia, Sheridan Harvey, Garrett Frantz and Cody Nielsen. In the back row are: manager Paige Jones, coach Brian Merrifield, Matt Frantz, Eli Newman, Kash Atwood, Nick Burri, Logan Hughes, Jake Nielsen, Cade Rowlett, Tony Collins and coach Jason Browning.
