The Meeker Cowboys cross-country team took the short trip to Rifle for its last regular season meet. The girls ran first, and Meeker’s Julia Eskelson finished in 16th place with a time of 21:48. Briar Meszaros, left, was the second Cowboy to compete the course, and she did so in 23:19 for 39th place.
