MEEKER I Phase 2 of the Market Street Project in Meeker, which is extending new sidewalk on the north side of Market Street all the way to 11th Street is nearly complete with paving set to begin this week, according to project information officer Lynn Halliday.
Intermittent shoulder closures heading westbound on Market Street will continue, she said, adding that all businesses will remain accessible during the project; work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted; and completion of Phase 2 is anticipated by early November.
