This warms my heart and soul! It is so wonderful to see two groups of people get to know each other in a welcoming and peaceful environment. We can never have too many friends! Very happy for both the citizens of Rio Blanco County and the Northern Utes. May your children and your children’s children become great friends and have many happy times together!
