The four members of the Fireworks, a sixth- through eighth-grade girls team competing in the Main Street Madness three-on-three basketball tournament sponsored by the ERBM Recreation and Park District on July 4, won the age competition for the tournament. From left to right are: Jayden Overton, Emma Luce and Brealyn Garcia, all from Meeker. One team that disappeared before their photo was taken was the winning ninth- through 12th-grade team, the Shooting Stars, made up of Julia Dinwiddie and Makenna Burke from Meeker and two girls from Idaho.

The Warriors were the winners of the sixth- through eighth-grade Main Street Madness three-on-three boys basketball tournament sponsored by the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Parks District on July 4 in downtown Meeker. The Warriors were made up of, from left, Tanner Etzler, Colton Terry, Wesley Counts and Thayne Kitchens from Craig. Not pictured, but winners of the ninth- through 12th-grade division were Team USA members Stephen Walsh, Connor Murphy and Brennan Jenson of Meeker.
