Letter: City Park changes in hindsight

Dear Editor:
Hindsight is sometimes interesting, but seldom useful because it is too late to affect a change.
I have some hindsight about the reconstruction of the city park along the river south of Water Street
Where did the large gray boulders come from? They are completely foreign to this area. Rocks should have been gathered somewhere in the Hogback to provide a match with rocks in this area.
Why were no rocks pushed out…
