BMS 8th graders undefeated…

Barone Middle School’s eighth-grade football team, coached by Jason Browning and Clinton Kilduff, finished their season undefeated after beating the Sailors in Steamboat Springs last Saturday. “The eighth-graders had a great year,” coach Browning, who coached his second undefeated team in 12 years, said. “It was a fantastic accomplishment, however, I reminded the boys, this is just a step in the process. They will need to continue to work hard both on and off the field to have the kind of success they are capable of, as they move into high school.” Playing for the undefeated Cowboys were, in front: Ivan Carrilo, Kaleb Nielsen, Porter Hossack, Ty Goedert, manager Reed Goedert, Damek Chintala, Liam Deming, Pete Hanks, and Dalton Portwood. Back, Parker Pontine, Kelton Turner, Colton Nielsen, Zagar Brown, Trinden Powell, Zach Eskelson, Hamp Hightower, Zach Simonsen and Tyson Portwood.
