Letter: Daniels thanks PMC emergency staff

Dear Editor:
I would like to take a moment to say thank you. I have had the opportunity to be a guest in emergency rooms from Gunnison Colo., New Castle, Colo., Glenwood Springs, Colo., and now Meeker. I would like to thank the nurses and the doctors in Meeker that made sure my needs were meet. I enjoyed the conversations about the nurses’ babies’ tattoos, getting married that week and seeing pictures of grandbabies and talking with nurses that I had meet previously in town. We at times forget that they too have lives filled with the same problems we all have in our daily lives, but they show up to work with angels’ hearts. Even when we’re in pain or stressed I think a hug or a pat on the back or a smile is a very simple way to help them through their day.
Again thank you, I’m sure I will be seeing you again, but hopefully not too soon.
