Coach says cross country team shows improvement at Basalt

MEEKER I Cross country runners representing Meeker High School showed improvement after competing in Basalt last Saturday.
“We had some great improvements and a lot of the kids had real close finishes,” head coach Kris Casey said of her team’s second performance of the season. “I’m very proud of all the kids, they ran hard.”
All three girls improved their times in the second race of the season, as did three of the four boys…
