On Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, ERBM Recreation and Park District held its annual Cardboard Derby Sled Race, drawing 52 participants. After a warm breakfast of burritos and hot chocolate/coffee, the races began!
The winners by age are as follows: Fastest Division: 2 and under Paxton Dupire; 3 and 4 Luke Muxlow; 5-7 Payton Muxlow; 8-10 Sebastian Bumgart; 11-13 Tucker Chinn; 14-18 (no participants); 19 and older Melissa Bumgart; Family Division-Dawson, Lorissa and Beau Muxlow; Fastest Overall Division-Sebastian Bumgart; Biggest Wipeout Division-Cherlynn Muxlow; Most Creative Division-Mackenzie Denney. | COURTESY PHOTO
