MEEKER I The Meeker Board of Trustees approved a liquor permit for the first annual Cornhole Tournament fundraiser for HopeWest on Sept. 25 at the 4-H Building at the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds. It will be the only fundraising event for HopeWest for the year. Live music, kids’ activities, local food vendors will be part of the event, which replaces the HopeWest gala.
