MEEKER I After two months of scheduled games and a double-elimination tournament, a new champion was crowned in the 2016 Coed Softball league, sponsored by the ERBM Recreation and Parks District. Six teams started the 2016 Coed Softball season and three finished the tournament.

MEEKER I Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation & Park District will host the Meeker High School Football Clinic on Tuesday at the Barone Middle School practice field.
Rangely’s 8-to-10 baseball team avenges loss, wins championship
RANGELY I Rangely’s 8-9-10-year-old baseball team, sponsored by the Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Parks District, finished the regular season with one defeat, which it later avenged, and went on to win the league championship last week in Rifle.
