RBC I Most students in Rangely and Meeker will return to their classrooms on Monday, filling the streets and sidewalks in both towns with young students walking or bicycling, older students driving to school, school buses busy delivering children to the schools and parents dropping off their children.

Scoggins entering third year as Rangely superintendent
RANGELY I Matt Scoggins, the superintendent of Rangely’s school district, is looking eagerly toward the beginning of classes this year, set for Aug. 17 for Rangely Junior/Senior High and Aug. 19 for Parkview Elementary School.
Selle looking forward to first year as Meeker school superintendent
MEEKER I Chris Selle took over the reins as superintendent of the Meeker School District in early July, and already he is looking forward to seeing the students back for the first day of school, which is Aug. 17.

The sun was out, the temperatures were warm, and during the Rio Blanco County Fair my tired feet and note-taking hands could see pretty clearly outside the window to all corners of Rio Blanco Fair.
