MEEKER I Collin Michael Cochran will be presented with scouting’s highest honor, the Eagle Scout award, at a Court of Honor on Saturday, June 25 at 2 p.m. at Richards Hall, St. James Episcopal Church, 368 Fourth St. A reception will follow.
