Lorine U. Nielsen, 83, passed away July 10, 2009, at the Community Hospital in Grand Junction. Lorine was born on Aug. 5, 1925, in Caldwell, Texas, to Emil and Hattie Uhlig.

Atmos files for $3.9 million rate increase
MEEKER | Atmos Energy Corporation filed July 8 with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission for an overall increase of $3.9 million in the annual revenues of its Colorado natural gas utility operations. Atmos Energy last filed for a rate increase in Colorado in 2002.
