Voter use of mail ballot needed for system to work
MEEKER — On April 1, there will be a municipal election in which citizens will have the opportunity and obligation to vote for town elected officials. This will include the mayor and three positions on the board of trustees for the Town of Meeker.
February wetter than average
MEEKER — February precipitation at the plant center measured 1.18 inches and included 14.5 inches of snow.
No surprise: Moisture levels up
Special to the Herald Times RBC — The second snow survey of the winter was conducted Feb. 29 at the four snow survey sites in the upper White River Basin. The White River snow pack water equivalent (snow moisture) is 22 percent above last year at this time.
