The Barone Middle School boys’ basketball program will host Rangely Middle School tonight starting at 5 p.m. The BMS eighth-grade A-team hope to improve its current 2-2 record. Playing for the eighth-graders are, in back, Ruben Paez, Dayton Willey, Valentin Rosas, Codee Woodward, Eli Newman, Doak Mantle, Zach Dinwiddie, Jerrick Garza, Logan Hughes and coach Mike Dinwiddie. In front, Garrett Frantz, Chris Strate, Noah Mayerle, Trapper Merrifield, Uri Goedert, Jacob Pelloni, Cooper Meszaros, Daylon Nielsen, Hunter Olstad and Marcos Gonzalez.
More than 40 boys are out for Barone Middle School basketball, including 22 seventh-graders who have played four games already this season. The A-team has won three games and the B-team is currently undefeated. Meeker will host Rangely tonight at 5 p.m. Playing for the seventh-graders this season are, in front, Zach McCann, Codey Follman, Brayden Woodward, Kale Burke, Pake Burke, Luis Villalpando, Alex Murray, Tannen Kennedy, James Amick, Adrian Carabantes and Jared Henderson.
