MEEKER I After defeating Steamboat Springs in the semifinals Saturday at the new Meeker Elementary School, the Barone Middle School eighth-grade girls battled for a 20-19 victory over Craig to win the league championship.
MEEKER I The middle school games in Meeker were filled with excitement the last two weekends. Beginning with the seventh grade B team Feb. 2 in Meeker’s win over the girls from Craig.
