MEEKER | The Barone Middle School girls basketball teams competed in the season-ending tournament in Granby on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025. Both teams played hard and brought home first-place honors.
The eighth-grade team, coached by Mindy Finley and Jen Phelan, included Haigen Harrison, Midy Carmargo, Tacey Toon, Alexandria Trout, Sophia Moody, Jordyn Garcia, Hattie Brennan, Cienna Rogers, Tinlie Strate, Kinnley Smith, Raegan Clatterbaugh, Mia Hernandez, Aidyn Ehnstrom, and Savannah Petrocco.
The seventh-grade team, coached by Molly Doan, finished the season with an undefeated record. Team members included Uriah Padilla, Harper Ducey, Lianaha T., Addi Shonk, Cora Lewis, Graysie Coryell, Zoe Holt, and Micah Leblanc.
