22 donate hair to aid cancer victims
RANGELY I Twenty-two donors ages 6 to 43 donated a combined 247 inches of hair at the Pantene Beautiful Lengths ponytail cutting event on March 20 on the Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) campus in Rangely.

RANGELY I Grand Junction’s Asset Engineering Limited has finished the remodeling portion of Colorado Northwestern Community College’s Rector Sciences Building, complete with a 120-seat lecture hall expansion scheduled for completion in the next two to three weeks.

On the morning of March 17, Town of Rangely employees and the Rangely Rural Fire Protection District burned the mass of tree limbs and debris deposited by residents after an ice storm downed trees and power lines across the county in October.

RANGELY I Oil and gas fishing and rental company BTI Services closed its Rangely office this week, laying off eight employees Monday morning and removing equipment from its lease space on River Road this week.
