Septemberfest art awards go to seven artists

RANGELY — Rangely Arts Council’s second annual “Art in the Park” art show at Septemberfest featured the work of 19 artists. The participating artists showed their work, which included paintings, pastels, photographs, stained glass, carved antlers, and even a woven piece.
