Rangely Panthers spike De Beque, Hayden
RANGELY I The Lady Panthers defended their house last week. Twice. Rangely’s volleyball team protected its home court in a match against De Beque on Tuesday, and then took care of Hayden on Friday during homecoming. Both wins were big.

RANGELY I In a tuneup for homecoming Friday, Rangely’s volleyball team won both of its matches last week. And the Lady Panthers did it in fine fashion.

RBC I Rangely’s seventh-graders won in a shutout, 37-0, last week against Steamboat Springs, but the eight-graders lost a close one, 14-7. “It went down to the wire, as with most of our games,” coach Tim Webber said of the Rangely eighth-graders.

RANGELY I Playing on the road for the first time this season and without the services of its starting quarterback, who was sick with the flu, the Panthers were at a disadvantage before they even took the field.
Denny cards his best score at Coal Ridge
