RANGELY I The Rangely Columbine Park Board will hold a master plan meeting on Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend. The meeting will be held at the fairgrounds in the Jockey Shack (behind grandstand). The board asks people to bring their ideas for the long-term use and improvement of Columbine Park.
