Kevin Rein, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) Director, presentation regarding how he anticipates implementing water rights in the case of a Colorado River Compact Call.
Amy Ostdiek, the Deputy Chief for Federal, Interstate, and Water Information Section of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), will discuss Demand Management and the Next Steps.
A team from the Colorado Forest and Water Alliance will discuss the connection between forest health and water quality/quantity and the importance of sound scientific policies to improve the forest health to protect Colorado water.
