• A local business man made a very good suggestion the other day, namely: the construction of a footbridge across the river at the foot of Sixth street and the building of a trail from the south side of the river to the top of cemetery hill. We think the suggestion an excellent one, and as an enterprise of this character has always to be taken in hand…
