On the evening of Nov. 15 Colorado Northwestern Community College shared their discovery of a 75 million year old hadrosaur with the public in Rangely. Delighted children were able to feel the skin and hold bones from the dino that took more than five years to unearth. Volunteer Sue Mock was on hand to answer questions and share her passion for paleontology. Mock invited the attendees to Craig to visit the campus basement where more fossils are housed after the community college was granted federal repository status.
