Five Cowboys earn awards this season, Kindler coach of the year

MEEKER | Senior Cole Rogers, nominated by the Western Slope League coaches to the All-Conference team was also named co-player of the year for the league, and as the Western Slope Senior Player of the year he will get to go to the all state games this June. Rogers was also named player of the year for district five, which are the 2A schools in the Western Slope League, by Mile High Preps Report.

Senior Elijah Deming was named All-Conference Honorable Mention by the league coaches and by Mile High Preps Report.

Junior Spud White was named All-Conference by the coaches and by the Mile High Preps Report.

Junior Ryan Phelan was named All-Conference Honorable Mention by the league coaches and All-Conference by Mile High Preps Report.

Junior Lane Anderson was named All-Conference Honorable Mention by the league coaches and by Mile High Preps Report.

Head coach Klark Kindler was named coach of the year by Mile High Preps Report.
