MEEKER | “It’s been such a long winter, it is exciting to have the 2019 golf season here,” said Becky Ridings with Meeker Golf Course.
This past weekend the Meeker Golf Course hosted the Two-man Scramble Tournament; 18 holes with a “closest to the pin” in each flight. JC Watt and Chad Dienes took home gold. “They played really well, again,” commented Lex Collins, whose score was just behind to take second gross with partner Rob Jrask. There are 11 tournaments on the schedule for this year, with the Ladies Deerfly up next on June 9.
