Probably the greatest challenge in having a meaningful conversation is just getting started. It is common for loved ones to feel uncomfortable if you formerly put them under the microscope. It can feel a little intrusive. The best conversations happen when they happen. It is important to know that there are no rules, but you have to make time for it. Every single person has a story to tell and many things that you can learn from them. The stories people have to share are as unique as their experiences.
