RBC | Work on Hwy. 13 continues in two work zones, north and south of Rio Blanco County Road 5. One difference in this week’s schedule is a noon completion of work on Friday, prior to the Labor Day weekend. Work resumes Tuesday morning. As has been the case, the speed limit is reduced to 35 mph 24/7 as there will be some rough areas north and south of CR 5. Motorists will encounter continued single-lane, alternating travel with a pilot car from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and a 12-foot width restriction, from 6 a.m to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
