MEEKER | For the week of Aug. 5, things will look a bit different on Hwy. 13 with two work zones, north and south of Rio Blanco County Road 5, with drainage work beginning to the north and embankment work continuing south. Motorists will encounter continued single-lane, alternating travel with a pilot car from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and a 12-foot width restriction, from 6 a.m to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
