The Town of Rangely Board of Trustees met Tuesday, April 28. Mayor Andy Shaffer, Trustee Trey Robie and Trustee Tyson Hacking were sworn in again for Mayor, second two year term and Trustees four year terms respectively. The Board unanimously voted to accept Rich Garner’s letter of interest for the remaining seat vacated by Andy Key to fulfill the additional four year term. Trey Robie was appointed as Mayor ProTem. Additionally they reappointed Marybel Cox, Clerk/Treasurer, Karen Wilczek, Rangely Municipal Judge and Dan Wilson, Rangely Municipal Attorney for two year terms as well.

Town of Rangely Mayor ProTem Andy Key (left) was presented with an award for his service as a Town Trustee for the past four years of Service. Andy served as the Mayor ProTem, AGNC representative for Rangely/Meeker communities, RDA/RDC Town Representative and many other volunteer positions during his term.
