Dear Editor:
In the 1700s the British Parliament tried taxing the Colonies, and the Stamp Act of 1775 was particularly despised: historians tell us that is one of the causes of the Revolution.
We all learned this in school.
A look at the vote in Colorado to introduce wolves should remind us of this outrage. Wolves are to be introduced west of the Continental Divide. A look at the voting shows a majority of the Eastern Slope voted for wolves, but a large majority of the western slope opposed it. So, the eastern slope voted to make us accept the wolves, and they don’t have to.
Why doesn’t some smart lawyer file a suit on these grounds and eliminate the problem.
