MEEKER | The Internet & Television Association (NCTA) has announced that Sam Love has been named Chief Policy and Strategy Officer. Love, the son of Sam and Ginny Love of Meeker, will serve as the organization’s senior policy leader, reporting to President and CEO Cory Gardner.
