Robert Ormsbee of Fort Drum, New York, son of Bob and Gloria Ormsbee of Dinosaur, Colorado received his 40 years of federal service award. Ormsbee served 25 years active-duty Army and 15 years as a federal employee. He also served 14 years as a member of the US Air Force Auxiliary with a current position and rank of Lt Col, Vice Commander North NY Wing.
