Lt. Robert Ormsbee, son of Robert and Gloria Ormsbee of Dinosaur, was graduated from the Hawk Mountain Ranger Search and Rescue School on Feb. 21. The Hawk Mountain Ranger School is located in Hawk Mountain, Pa., and was established in 1956, making it the longest-running search and rescue school in the country. Lt. Ormsbee is the squadron commander of the Fort Drum-Watertown Squadron 406 Civil Air Patrol, located in upstate New York.
